B.E.S.T. assists with the recognition of the energetic patterns conscious and unconscious that have expressed in your life as pain, dis-ease, inability to reach your goals, emotional imbalances, and the list goes on. B.E.S.T. updates the nervous system allowing the body to return to a balanced state instead of a "flight - flight - freeze" response. Chronic stress and or trauma can lead to a state called "sympathetic emotional memory override" ~S.E.M.O. This causes a lack of communication within your body leading to inflammation among other manifestations of stress like irritability, anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia or difficulty sleeping, head aches, back aches, neck aches, muscle or joint pain, digestive issues, and the list goes on into chronic dis-ease process. Sheri also offers aromatherapy, essential oils, Bach Flower essences, sound therapy, among other forms of natural assistance when other support is required within a session. Muscle testing is another tool utilized in Sheri's practice. This is to direct the client and practitioner to "know" what actually takes priority within a session and what your system is ready to work through. The sessions are unique to you and your needs as a client. Remote healing sessions are also offered to select clients ~ Inquire via phonel for questions and scheduling an appointments.
